The full cancellation fee is charged for all booked appointments unless we receive cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
We accept all forms of payment: Cash, Check, Debit and Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Full payment is requested at the beginning of each session. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card transactions. An automatic $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. and charged to your credit card on file.
Reduced fees ("sliding scale") services are available on a limited basis for some individuals based on need. Requests for sliding scale fee reductions are handled on a case-by-case basis for individuals who are financially disadvantaged and who have no insurance coverage for mental services.

We are an out of network provider for many other medical/health insurance plans aside from those listed above. If you are a policy holder of another insurance plan not listed above, outpatient mental health services, including therapy and testing, may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if your insurance reimburses for out-of-network providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
It will be up to you to make these arrangements. We can provide a statement-of-service (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement directly, but full payment is expected at each session.
